These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClerkOS ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security, or reverse-engineering the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant ClerkOS a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate; always verify critical information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClerkOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
